How to improve the Atlas: all you need to know to make the maps in the right order and quickly proc the Conquerors! Easily get the Atlas 8!

With the arrival of expansion 3.9: Conquerors of the Atlas, the end game of Path Of Exile has been completely changed!
You will find in the video how to improve the Atlas, simply and in the right order, in order to increase your level "Awaken" 8.

Phase 1: I just launched the Atlas

This phase is simple, make maps! Preferably maps that you have not already done, aiming for map bonuses.
Do this until you reach the outer regions of the Atlas
As a reminder :
Alteration orb on white> become magical
Alchemia orb on yolks> become rare
Alchemy orb + vaal on reds> get corrupted rare

Phase 2: I have the outer regions of the Atlas

Now you need to make maps inside these regions. You should find the Conquerors pretty quickly. Once they appear in a region, keep mapping until Kirac has his quest exclamation mark (usually 2 or 3 Conqueror spawns). You will then be able to access the Citadel of the Conqueror.
Kill it and put the gemstone directly in the area where you killed it.

Phase 3: I killed my first Conquerors

Continue to kill all Conquerors in the outer regions, inserting gemstones into their respective regions as you go. This makes it easier to drop maps from upper thirds in the area that interests you.
Be careful, in order to make the next Conquerors pop, you have to see how many watchstones are needed in the area, by passing your cursor over the left side of the Atlas (at column level). If you have trouble with the red maps, you can skip over to the inner region.

Phase 4: I finished the outer regions OR the red maps are too hard

Go over the interior regions and do the same!
Remember to make white maps once the Conquerors has appeared, and maps of the right third party with the right watchstones to make the Conquerors appear!
Remember to validate the map bonuses in order to drop better maps and not have to buy them.
