This build is the build update Poison Thief Diablo 4 and will be perfect when you exceed level 90!
The build update is done on the following points:
- less critical hit to focus on damage over time
- less area damage, a little longer in dungeons but much (much!) more effective on bosses
- the 5 points in Perforation instead of 1
Keep in mind that the previous version of the build is perfect until you have the new X Fal unique ring.
Vampiric Powers
Take these five vampire powers :
- Prey on the Weak FF - extra vulnerable damage, opponent under vampire curse vulnerable
- Ravenous FFF - chance to increase attack speed by 40% of your movement speed on an attack
- Relilience EE - 1% damage reduced for every 2% life missing
- Flowing Veins FFDDEE - damage over time increased on opponents in movement or under vampiric curse
- Accursed Touch DDDDDD - lucky shot to cast vampiric curse

Here are the skills:
- Pierce, poison and gain Dark Veil
- Sneaky Blades, main skill
- Poison Trap, secondary ability
- Dark Veil, mobility and resistance
- Imbue Poison, Damage Buff
- No shadow, mobility and CC
- Celerity, mobility
Equipment and statistics
Take these aspects and stats:
- helmet: chance to win a Dark Veil with Piercing. Note that you have less Dark Veil by removing the critical chance, but this is not a problem. Ranks of poison coating, dexterity, base attack speed, and elemental resistance.
- armor: gain armor when attacking. Damage, poison damage, damage taken reduced.
- gloves: the Twisting Baldes spin around you. Attack speed, lucky hit, Sneaky Tears ranks, dexterity.
- leggings: heal when the main passive is active. Reduced damage, reduced damage from nearby enemies, reduced damage from poisoned enemies, dexterity.
- boots: movement speed when making a critical hit. Four resistors. Note that you will have enough critical chance to use this passive without taking it as an affix.
- weapon: attack speed on main skill critical
- Asheara unique weapon: attack speed
- two-handed weapon: damage increased per cycle
- for your weapons, take dexterity, damage over time, damage to nearby targets, damage to poisoned enemies
- ring: chance of having a puddle that does not give a cooldown on Imbue Poison. Poison damage, damage over time, damage to poisoned enemies, lucky strike
- Corodeated Signet Ring of X'Fal: explosion of damage over time
- amulet: poison damage on Piercing. Damage, reduced sudden damage, imbue damage, movement speed.
Specialization
Take Combo Point, every three basic attacks use Sneaky Tears.
Gems
For gems put:
- in armor of rubies for life
- in amethyst weapons for damage over time
- in the accessories resistances specific to an element or diamonds then skulls if you are at the max
Paragon
For the paragon take in this order:
- Glyphs of damage to nearby enemies
- Resistance and damage plateau after coating skill - Glyph of damage to poisoned targets
- Combo point board (without taking the node) - Glyph of damage to targets hit by a trap
- Critical damage plateau on targets hit by your traps - Glyph of poison damage
- Damage plateau on vulnerable enemies - Glyph of non-physical damage increase
Gameplay
In the video you will have three gameplays:
- the boss Duriel
- the first phase of Lilith
- a level 75 nightmare dungeon
Note that the gameplay is done without the super unique Harlequin Crest.
