Temple of the Slorm guide: find the techniques to farm the temple as well as the improvements of the NPC to the Juicy Slorm on The Slormancer

The functioning of the temple

Before explaining in more detail the optimization of the temple, it is important to understand how it works:

• unlock access by freeing the NPC by closing rifts in normal expeditions
• in normal expedition and on elite monsters you will recover Ancient Slorms
• Ancient Slorms are used for each level of the temple
• at each successful level you get Pure Slorms
• the higher the temple level, the tougher the enemies, the higher the cost of Ancient Slorm and the higher the rewards of Pure Slorms
• if you die you start over at level 1
• if you want to trade the Pure Slorms you have to close the temple and start over at level 1
• the NPC at the Juicy Slorm can be found to the left of the Huntress location

NPC upgrades

Here is the list of upgrades unlocked from the start:

• more about Ancient Slorm
• no more stock of Old Slorm
• more Raw Pure Slorm
• more Pure Slorm as a percentage
• improved pure score stats
• more chance to have a pure stat
• reduction in the cost of transformations

These upgrades will be available after reaching tier 50. You will keep them even if you reset this one:

• Vision of the Ancient Blade
  • + 50% Elder Slorm on next enemy slain
  • Upgrade 1: No more Ancient Slorm
  • Improvement 2: allows you to buy several
• Vision of Purity
  • 2 pure stats for the next item found with pure stats
  • Upgrade 1: Reduced Pure Slorm cost
  • Improvement 2: allows you to buy several
• Vision of Olorin
  • Allows you to switch 5 floor levels to use
  • Upgrade 1: +1 floor
  • Improvement 2: allows you to buy several

These upgrades will be available after reaching tier 100. You will keep them even if you reset this one:

• Transform Pure Slorm into Ancient Slorm
• Transform Slorm into Ancient Slorm

How to farm the temple and choose its upgrades

Now that the temple and its NPC have no more secrets for you, I'll give you all the tips I could find. I start with the list of things not to do Administrative staff do :

• Spending your Pure Slorms on finding and storing Ancient Slorm is expensive and won't save you much time.
• Spending your Pure Slorms on Olorin's vision is overpriced and will only save you ten floors, which is completely negligible compared to its cost.
• Spending your Pure Slorms on Ancient Blade vision will also save you a bit of time but it costs a little money.
• Transform your Pure Slorms into Ancient Slorms
• Lower the cost of transformations, you will not often be able to transform your Pure Slorms since the NPC leaves when you launch the temple
• Never reset the temple, do it until your death, the reset is a waste of time and therefore of Pure Slorms

Now here is all you MUST do :

• If you plan to farm this instance thoroughly, invest in the rewards of Slorm Pur
• Otherwise invest in the percentage of Stats Pure Max and Vision of Purity
• When you have money left you can invest in Stats Pure chances
• Converting your Slorms to Ancient Slorms before the start of a run, this will give you a very slight boost but it is already that

Overall, we are going to use the temple for its sole benefit, to have two pure stats with an improved effect, going as far as possible each time to collect the most Pure Slorm and avoid unnecessary spending of Pure Slorm.
