Even if you haven't reached paragon level 30, you can farm monsters just fine for their experience. Be careful they will be quite hard, be at least paragon 15 to do this method. You collect 30 paragon items, which you can recycle or set aside.

This area is perfect for gaining experience, here are some tips:

go as soon as possible to attack the elites
attack other monsters as soon as possible
donate your monster essences when you have 10
do quests and events if possible
if the hydra or the golem appears, go there at the end when it has low life points
