Understand the shadow war on Diablo Immortal, the ranking, immortal against shadows and support fights!

What is Shadow War and what is it for?

Shadow Wars is a Dark Clan activity, your guild leader or officer can sign you up for it on Mondays and Tuesdays. The ultimate goal is to be part of the top 10 clans and then participate in the Rite of Exile. Obviously many will not go that far, but there are also other interests:

• having a good time with his clan
• Rank yourself against others
• get rewards, out of the 2 matches I personally got two legendaries

Unfolding of the Shadow War

Here are the steps:

• Lund and Tuesday - registrations with a clan of more than 30 shadows
• Thursday - Preliminary matches
• Saturday - Finals

For your match, you will have:

• at the appointed time, 20 minutes of preparation is generally too much and you can come 10 minutes after the announced time
• to participate, go to the first assembly room at the bottom right and click on the lighted door
• if you are a clan leader, you will necessarily have the role of the immortal in the main fight
• otherwise, you will have the choice between main fight, support fight 1 and 2 within the limit of 30 places

Main Battle, Immortal and Shadows

Here is the principle of the fight:

• Clan A's Immortal faces Clan B's Shadows, and Clan B's Immortal faces Clan A's Shadows
• the Immortal who has suffered the least damage wins the game
• each shadow killed allows the Immortal to gain power and unlock new spells
• shadows can use bandage

Here are the spells of the Immortal:

• a jump
• a sword that falls from the sky and stuns enemies
• 3 waves that do damage
• a cry that fears enemies (unlockable)
• animate a statue that attacks your enemies (unlockable)
• whirlwind, a devastating attack (unlockable)

As an Immortal, you will therefore have to take as little damage as possible while killing the most shadows! As a Shadow, do the most damage to the Immortal without dying!

support fight

Support fights allow you to increase your team's damage during the fight. Note that the buffs provided are not extremely strong, so it is more interesting to put as many people as possible in the main fight, you will have more damage this way rather than by dedicating a troop in support fight.

Rite of Exile

A question that I am often asked, if you have won all your matches you will not go directly to Immortal. You will have to progress in the ranking in order to be part of the 10 best clans and you will be able to try your luck with the Rite of Exile activity. You will therefore have to win each week to progress in your ranking of the 10 best clans on the server!
