Here are the skills:

• Crève Coeur, critical gain and basic attack
• Flood, critical gain and secondary attack
• Poison Trap, secondary ability and debuff
• Imbue Poison, Damage Buff
• Arrow Rain, ultimate
• Celerity, mobility
• Dark Veil, mobility and resistance (gain via aspect)

Equipment and statistics

Take these aspects and stats:

• helmet: chance to win a Dark Veil with Piercing. Ranks of poison coating, dexterity, base attack speed, and elemental resistance.
• armor: gain armor when attacking. Damage, poison damage, damage taken reduced.
• Gloves: Flood has a chance to make two additional arrows. Barrage ranks, damage and critical chance.
• leggings: healing via Victimization. Reduced damage, reduced damage from nearby enemies, reduced damage from poisoned enemies, dexterity.
• Unique Boots: Reduced cooldown when dodging through a monster.
• unique bow Ourgan: chance of double damage
• weapon: damage gain cycle
• weapon: power of coatings on vulnerable targets

For gems put:

• in armor of rubies for life
• in diamond weapons for ultimate damage
• in the accessories resistances specific to an element or diamonds then skulls if you are at the max

Paragon

For the paragon take in this order:

1. Damage glyphs with Elite Shooting skills
2. Resistance and damage plateau after coating skill - Glyph of damage to poisoned targets
3. Ultimate Damage Board - Glyph of damage to targets hit by a trap
4. Critical damage plateau on targets hit by your traps - Glyph of poison damage or critical damage
5. Damage plateau on vulnerable enemies - Glyph of non-physical damage increase
