Leveling
While you don't have the dagger, play Mana Strike only and increase Electric Blast. Only specialize Frostclaw when you obtain the dagger.
Gameplay
For gameplay, constantly launch your teleport to get your defense bonuses. Use Mana Strike in melee or distance as soon as you encounter a group of monsters, the dagger and Electric Charges will do the rest.
