Why the Runemaster Last Epoch in lightning!
The lightning version Runemaster offers you very good damage via the Lightning Orb with three lightning summon runes. Although a little hard to aim, with a little practice you will easily kill bosses and elites. It is also a very resistant version and will evolve very well with critical damage afterwards. Allow 6 to 7 hours for story mode then a simple transition for the monoliths. Consider forging equipment before facing Lagoon, this will be the only time you need to do it during the story phase.
Runemaster Last Epoch Skills
You will use the following skills with the order to place them in the spell level socket. All spells will be converted to lightning to synergize with the build:
- Electric Blast, which will then be launched via Frostclaw
- Flaming Protection, for resistance
- Runic Summon, cast by Flame Rush
- Flame Rush, damage and mobility
- Frost Claw, main spell
- Concentration, for mana without leveling up the skill
If you don't already have the unique dagger Dragorath's Claw, level up Focus and play Electric Blast instead of Frost Claw.
Equipment and statistics
Favor these statistics for your equipment:
- anything that buffs lightning damage, critical and critical chance
- protection (“ward” in English)
- of intelligence and life
- buffs to skills
- be careful, summoning buffs do not buff our Runic Summoning skill
Passives of the Mage then the Runemaster Last Epoch
For our mage's passives, we will recover spell damage, lightning, protection gains and life. Take the masteries in this order: Mage, Runemaster then Sorcerer.
Synergies with other classes
The mage will be able to bring a good number of buffs to the team with the following minor modifications:
- Electric Explosion, with the Closed Circuit node to boost the damage and critical chance of allies. All your allies based on a critical build will be able to benefit from it
- Flaming Protection, with the Selfless Sorcery node, allowing to be used on allies, can help all melee builds or protect from certain area of effect killing your allies from a distance
- Passives Runemaster Logocracy, giving the Runemaster buff to allies
You can also consider two major modifications to the build:
- Use Concentration, with the Friendly Concentration node to share your buffs with allies
- Use Static Orb, with the Charged Allies node, to increase the effect and chance of shock
Gameplay
