How to value and sell your items to the Merchants Guild faction on Last Epoch to reach hundreds of millions of gold!

Preamble

Before starting this guide, it is only possible to apply it while playing the Merchants Guild faction. You will need to be level 6 to sell exalted items and 8 for unique ones with legendary potential.

How to evaluate an item and why not all legendary potentials are equal

To evaluate an item, look at the third affix 6 or 7 for an exalted one or the name of the unique one. Enter them in the search for the NPC associated with your item and indicate the number of legendary potential for a unique item. Sort the items from least expensive to most expensive and you will have a direct estimate of the price of your item.

You can have considerable differences between two items with the same legendary potential, ranging from a 0 gold item to several hundred million. There are two points that make up these prices:

• overall demand: if an item is very meta, it is in high demand and many players will want to get it, increasing the price compared to an item that interests no one
• the rarity of legendary potentials: the number of legendary potentials obtainable depends on the unique, some unique are for example almost impossible to have with four legendary potentials because they are so rare. Others are much simpler to have, so a “common with 4 LP” item will be very affordable, while an “ultra rare with 4 LP” item could exceed a billion gold
