News and booths for Last Epoch 1.0, Path of Exile II and Diablo IV at Gamescom 2023 in Cologne!

Last Epoch 0.92 and 1.0 Gamescom

Located in the indie hall, Last Epoch offered to play the new mastery available on September 7, 2023, the Runemaster. This combines up to three elements to trigger a skill based on it. It offers innovative, dynamic and super fun to play gameplay! The Last Epoch team also confirmed to me the release date of Last Epoch 1.0 during December 2023, without precision for the moment. It was a pleasure to be able to exchange directly with the team, who were delighted to welcome us and answer questions!

Path of Exile 2.0 Gamescom

The stand was hard to miss and took up a good part of one of the main halls. Beautiful with a giant screen on the gameplay of Path of Exile 2, you could also enjoy 20 minutes of the game! If at least you had the courage to stand between 2h30 and 3h00 in line! I was able to retrieve some information for access to the closed beta in June 2023, it will still be necessary to wait several months and monitor the Grinding Gear Games networks to complete an access request form.

Diablo 4 Gamescom

The Diablo 4 stand was out of the ordinary and offered to film you in order to integrate you into Lilith's cutscene. You had to do a few scenes, with a spear, a helmet and a sword, and then you were integrated directly into the editing. At the end, you also received some goodies, tarot cards and an A6 format image. Do not hesitate to watch the video to better understand you! However, no specific announcement at the stand, the information for season 2 having been unveiled at the opening ceremony. As a reminder, season 2 of Diablo 4 will be available on October 17.
