Gameplay, classes, skills and runes

In Undecember, there is no real class, the runes will unlock the skills and the weapon to use them. Wand for mage, bow for archer and sword for melee. You can level up your skills and combine support runes to boost their effectiveness.

Leveling, statistics and zodiac

If you have understood the rune system correctly, the second technical system will be leveling up via the Zodiacs. In the same way as Grim Dawn, you will have to choose constellations in agreement with your character in order to make your build. Each constellation brings specific bonuses and are unlocked as you go, be careful to choose well!

Design

Undecember offers a clean and successful version on PC, with good camera recoil and very good fluidity. The musical atmosphere is also well dosed with good OSTs. Only the cutscenes are a little below the rest, even if the one I'm showing you is only that of the beginning of the game. In any case, it's a real port of a modern game that you will play on PC.

Economic model, F2P or P2W?

The online store is not available during the beta, it's still a little early to have a final opinion. Take this information with caution, it is rather a trend that emerges from the economic system. You will be able to buy a battle pass and various comfort improvements (storage location, pets that pick up items), potentially granting a character boost but limited. In other words, spending money in the game would mainly improve the comfort of it but also your character a little, without it being possible to boost it directly either.
