Update for Season 2

Take these five vampire powers :

• Prey on the Weak FF - extra vulnerable damage, opponent under vampire curse vulnerable
• Ravenous FFF - chance to increase attack speed by 40% of your movement speed on an attack
• Hectic DDD - reduced a 2 second cooldown after 5 basic attacks
• Domination F - additional damage to targets that cannot move or are frightened
• Anticipation D - Ultimate CDR, additional damage enemy functions with damage over time

Principle of the build

What this build is based on:

• applying automatic spells
• control effects and good survivability
• lots of combos with Blizzard
• the ice spikes

• Frostbolt, resource
• Blizzard, main spell
• Shield of Flames, resistance
• Teleportation, movement
• Ice armor, barrier
• Inferno, burning application and to group

Equipment and statistics

Consider these aspects:

• helmet: chance to transmit the freeze effect
• unique armor: group teleports enemies
• gloves: Blizzard creates ice spikes
• legging: armor gain
• unique boots: critical gain based on movement speed
• weapon: avalanche stacks once again
• secondary weapon: critical chance of mastery skills with at least 100 mana
• ring: skill damage depending on the available resource
• unique ring: chance to create ice points
• amulet: damage to vulnerable targets

Specialization

For enchanting spells take:

• Frozen Orb - casts the spell automatically
• Ice Shards - casts the spell automatically

Gems

For gems put:

• in armor of rubies for life
• in weapons critical damage on vulnerable targets or under CC
• in the accessories specific element resistances or diamonds

Paragon

For the paragon, take in this order:

1. Glyph of Mastery Damage
2. Tray of critical damage to vulnerable targets - Glyph of damage to frozen enemies
3. Damage board to vulnerable targets - Glyph of damage to burning enemies
4. Enchantment Boost Board - Non-Physical Damage Boost Glyph OR Ice Spike Damage Glyph
5. Burn board (without taking the node) - Glyph of damage to targets under control effect
