Melted Heart Amulet of Selig Diablo 4

The Molten Heart of Selig is an item to stop dying. It will significantly increase your character's resistance at the cost of your resource. Remember to have good resource generation when playing this unique uber. It will be useful for endgame instances, like Nightmare 100 dungeons or Zir's Slaughterhouse.

• stats: resistance to all elements, characteristics, movement speed, healthy damage, resource generation
• power: max resource increased by 60, you lose 32 resource points instead of 0.75% of your life when you suffer damage
• builds: all builds when you need to resist, even more effective if your build is around a main skill. The unique will also be perfect if you play without spending resources, like the Stormclaw Druid ou Shadow Necromancer.

Diablo 4 Starless Sky Ring

The Starless Sky Ring will allow you to cast a lot of skills, as long as it is a resource spending skill because you will gain resource reduction with each cast.

• power: each use of a skill reduces the resource cost and increases your damage
• builds: all builds with main skill use, some examples:

Ahavarion Staff, Spear of Lycandre Diablo 4

The Ahavarion Spear allows you to gain a Sanctuary buff every 30 seconds for 20 seconds. Additionally, when the buff is active you can change weapons to equip your standard items.

• stats: damage on targets under control, damage, attack speed, critical chance, chance to stun on a lucky strike
• power: gain a sanctuary buff every 30 seconds for 20 seconds
• builds: all builds except for the need for a unique item (sorcerer's staff for example)

Note that it will be very effective in speed farming or as long as you manage to find enough elites in a row. It will be optimal when changing equipment or if Blizzard introduces equipment changing (like on Diablo 2).

Diablo 4 Harlequin Crest Shako Helmet

The Shako helmet is probably the most sought-after single Uber, given its versatility. It will suit all builds and will provide a very appreciable amount of buffs!

• stats: characteristics, life points, resource generation, recharge time.
• power: 20% damage reduction and +4 to skills, which also allows you to not put points to use a skill without improvement
• builds: all builds, even better if you have resource expenditure and/or need cooldown

Andariel's Visage Helmet Diablo 4

Andarielle's face gives you lifesteal, the only existence of this affix allowing you to be with all types of damage.

• type: helmet
• stats: characteristics, attack speed, lifesteal, resistance to poison
• power: 20% chance on a lucky strike to perform a poison nova
• builds: all builds with lifesteal, even better on a poison build like Shred ou Twisting Blades

Diablo 4 Doombringer One-Handed Sword

The Condemnant sword gives you a very large damage buff as well as life and resistance.

• class: barbarian, necromancer, thief
• type: one-handed sword
• stats: critical damage, damage, skill damage, life, chance to recover life
• power: 25% chance to inflict 8963 shadow damage and reduce the damage they inflict by 20%
• builds: all builds, works even better with:
  • overpower (due to extra life)
  • main skill damage
  • shadow builds

Diablo 4 Grandfather Greatsword

The Grandfather is the ultimate weapon to boost your damage, especially if you play critical damage.

• class: barbarian, necromancer
• type: sword two-handed weapon
• stats: characteristics, damage, maximum health, ignores the loss of durability on all equipment
• power: critical hit damage increased by 100%
• builds: all builds with critical hits
  • barbaric : hood, trumpets
  • necromancer : bone spear, Blood Surge

Tyrael Diablo 4 Armor

Tyrael's armor is the perfect defensive item to increase your resistances, but also to launch sacred projectiles.

• class: all
• type: armor
• stats: characteristics, max resistance, resistance, reduced damage
• power: when you are at the maximum of your health, the skills launch a divine barrage inflicting 782 to 924 damage
• builds: all builds that are with barrier or with enough care to maintain max life
