Principle of the build

What this build is based on:

• the use of whirlwind and damage over time
• very good resistance and berzerk
• the possibility of grouping enemies

Berzerk will be triggered by the Battle Cry, by killing a bleeding enemy or via the ultimate. Its duration is cumulative, you will also increase this duration by the legendary power below.

Skills and Equipment

Here are the skills with their associated legendary power:

• Frenzy, Resource, and Damage Reduction
  • damage reduction
• Rallying Cry, unstoppable
• Warcry, damage buff
• Taunting Shout, Warcry synergies
• Berserker's Wrath, Ultimate
• Whirlwind, damage skill
  • Tourbillon explodes at the end (unique)
  • Whirlwind attracts enemies
  • Swirl critical chance increased
  • increased damage after basic attack
  • increased damage after extra points of fury
  • increased damage based on available resource

Also take the following aspects:

• fortification chance under berzerk
• bleed damage under berzerk
• berzerk duration on lucky hit
• scream cooldown
• fury while shouting

Expertise and weapon choice

Grab Expertise Two-Handed Ax for increased damage to vulnerable targets or Two-Handed Sword for bleed damage.

Gems

For gems put:

• sapphire for reduced damage under fortification on armor
• emeralds for critical damage on vulnerable enemies
• in the accessories specific element resistances or diamonds

Stats to aim for

Here are all the stats to take:

• strength
• crit chance and crit damage, main skill damage boost
• damage boosts, damage under berzerk, damage on bleeding enemies, damage on vulnerable enemies
• anything that reduces your damage taken and a bit of lucky hit

Paragon

Here is what you need to take for the paragon:

1. damage glyph under berzerk
2. Tray that increases damage from bleeding enemies - damage glyph on bleeding enemies
3. Tray of Berzerk gain by killing a bleeding enemy - damage glyph to nearby enemies
4. Attack speed plateau under Berzerk (without taking the node) - vulnerable damage glyph
5. Vulnerability tray with two-handed edged weapon - glyph cooldown reduction scream

Also find directly the builder of the Barbarian Paragon Whirlwind Bleed Diablo 4. Note that the glyph increasing the damage that enemies suffer after being hit by your thorn damage is not very interesting.

Hearts Season 1

Here are the three cores to collect for this build:
