Principle of the build

What this build is based on:

• the ice spikes
• mana reduction
• the unstoppable and mana gain via Thibault

skills

Here are the skills:

• Frostbolt, resource
• Blizzard, main spell
• Shield of Flames, resistance
• Teleportation, movement
• Ice armor, barrier
• Intense cold, invulnerability, skill and damage reset

Equipment and statistics

Consider these aspects:

• helmet: armor gain when attacking
• unique Claw armor: barrier gain and reduced damage under barrier
• gloves: attack speed during Esu's passives. Intelligence, stroke of luck, resource gain on lucky stroke
• unique Thibault legging: mana gain after unstoppable
• unique boots Flickering Step: cooldown on ultimate and dodge
• weapon: gain damage on vulnerable enemies. Intelligence, damage to enemies CC
• secondary weapon: explosion radius of ice spikes and during Intense Cold. Resource gain on lucky hit, lucky hit, intelligence, critical.
• Tal Rasha unique ring: damage buff
• unique ring Pink Blue: chance to create ice points
• amulet: ice spikes during Blizzard. Intelligence, armor, mana reduction

Specialization

For enchanting spells take:

• Frozen Orb - casts the spell automatically
• Bolt of Fire - burning application

Vampiric Powers

Take these five vampire powers :

• Prey on the Weak FF - additional vulnerable damage, opponents under vampire curse vulnerable
• Ravenous FFF - chance to increase attack speed by 40% of your movement speed on an attack
• Metamorphosis - dodging turns you into a bat, makes you unstoppable, does damage and vampiric curse
• Accursed Touch DDDDDD - chance to cast vampiric curse, increased damage from cursed souls
• Infection F - contaminates on one damage then at 8 stacks poisons

Remember to keep your Metamorph level 1 to benefit from a better cooldown.

Gems

For gems put:

• in armor of rubies for life
• in weapons critical damage on vulnerable targets or under CC
• in the accessories specific element resistances or diamonds

Paragon

For the paragon, take in this order:

1. Glyph of ice spikes damage
2. Board of ice damage to vulnerable targets - Glyph of damage to burning enemies
3. Damage to Vulnerable Targets Board - Glyph of Damage to Vulnerable Enemies
4. Burn board (without taking the node) - Glyph of damage to targets under control effect
5. Enchantment board (without taking the node) - Glyph of critical damage
