Take these five vampire powers :
- Sanguine Brace DE - gain fortification when killing a target, critical chance when fortification greater than half your max life
- Prey on the Weak FF - extra vulnerable damage, opponent under vampire curse vulnerable
- Fang of the Cabal DC - bonus damage from companions, conjurations, summons
- Feed the Coven E - damage gain and resource after companion luck, conjurations, summons
- Call Familiar FFFDDD - throws a bat after mastery skill, weapon mastery, anger, macabre, imbues

Equipment and statistics
Consider these aspects:
- helmet: damage reduction after basic attack
- unique armor: permanent wolf form and +2 to wolf skills
- gloves: wolves are lycanthropes and can apply rabies virus
- Leggings: damage reduction in wolf form
- boots: duration of control effects
- two-handed weapon: increased damage from Shred depending on the number of summons
- ring: increases critical chance with Howl and affects allies and summons
- ring: Shred deals damage to poisoned targets
- amulet: one more companion and increased damage from companions
For statistics:
- willpower, damage over time and everything that boosts your companions
- damage to enemies stationary or under CC
- resistors
Specialization
For spirit blessings, take:
- Stag - reduced damage taken from elites
- Eagle - crit chance and attack speed (or crit damage)
- Wolf - chance to reset all your companion skills
- Snake - heal on crit in wolf form
gems and hearts
For gems put:
- in armor of rubies for life
- in amethyst weapons for damage over time
- in the accessories specific element resistances or diamonds
Paragon
Here is what you need to take for the paragon:
- gain of will
- territory glyph (nearby damage), fang and claws (increased damage taken), lycanthrope (damage from wolves), savagery (damage from summons)
- malice plate with the legendary knot to increase your poison damage then the lycanthrope plate

- 1.1 : no change. For hearts season 1: additional wolf with +3 to wolves, gain of grizzly rage when stunned or cumulative damage, reduction of damage suffered
