Diablo 4 Gauntlet Tournament Guide 00:00
Diablo 4 Tournament, Trials and Leaderboard
Every week, you can participate in the gauntlet located in Gea Kul, a level T70 dungeon in which you must score as many points as possible. To do this, kill monsters and open chests to increase your score. With the Merit Badge, you will have four legendary reward caches and you do not need to be ranked up to get these caches. If you want to try your luck, the ranking is done by class and team. Note that it is impossible to change equipment or skills once in the gauntlet.
How to prepare for the Diablo 4 gauntlet
Here are the key points to have an optimal character:
- be fast: via movement speed and mobility skill cooldown
- have damage: remove the affixes or resistance glyphs that you used in T100, the monsters do much less damage in T70. Take advantage of this to kill everything at once
- have the affixes of increased duration of sanctuary, on boots and amulet. Thanks to Uleacore for the info!
- use an elixir and possibly incense to classify yourself
- rare items will be essential to rank up, such as Uber Uniques or Malphas Stones
Diablo 4 Trials Sanctuary, Bosses, Chests, and Keys
Here are the key points of the dungeon:
- each boss gives a sanctuary, it will always be the same between divine weapons, critical chance, explosion zone and infinite mana
- you have two particular sanctuaries, one to resurrect monsters, the other to double your points during their duration
- hordes appear when a monster dies
- three keys are available to open rare or standard chests which can be recovered by killing the elites marked on the map, you can also resurrect these monsters to obtain other keys

Optimize your path to enter the Diablo 4 ranking
To improve your path, kill all possible bosses, three or four depending on your speed, then use the shrine to resurrect them and start again. Make sure when you have the double points sanctuary to kill at least three bosses under this effect! Finish by opening the chests for more points.
This guide will give you all the tips for Diablo 4 tournament mode, to recover your legendary caches without having a unique uber or ranking up!
