This build uses a lot of mechanics in order to work well. However, once you've collected them all, the build itself is super easy to play!

Some details on the choice of liabilities:

• At the base I took the passives which give damage on stopped time, the creeps take more damage but die less quickly since they are frozen! Overall too slow
• the passive mastery 8 need support does not work with the master's orb, so do not take it
• the build key: 3 x chrono-perf CDR <1 x master's orb CDR, which allows you to always have 3 temporal emblems and temporal master's orb cast
